Her experience includes 12 years breeding sport horses, hunt seat, eventing through Preliminary Level, endurance, and dressage. She currently specializes in dressage training and showing. Linda has trained many horses from Training Level through the FEI Levels and has been quite successful starting new horses (including many she bred) and bringing them along. Several of these horses have reached the top ten status in the USDF Year End Awards. Linda is an articulate and clear teacher and is excellent with all level riders and horses. Pirie Clifton, “The Teacher’s Teacher” This clinic is designed to provide an intensive introduction on “How to Teach.” It will include both theory and hands on practical sessions that cover such topics as “Identifying and Adapting to Your Students’ Learning Styles” and “Developing Your Eye”. The clinic is limited to 15 instructors. Instructors in any discipline and teaching at any level are invited. For Dressage instructors, the clinic is USDF University accredited and meets the 16 hr annual CE requirement for USDF Certified Instructors. A generous grant from The Dressage Foundation has minimized the cost of participation. FYI, this is a continuing Ed course for Certified Instructors if you need Continuing Ed hours.
